SPRING IS HERE!

We spent this last Wednesday in Duluth messing around while one of the dogs spent the day at the vet. Anyway, aside from the weather you can tell spring is here because the U.S. Coast Guard has begun breaking ice and clearing the way for ships to start moving. Although today we are getting snow we are starting to see some real nice days. We even almost broke 60 degrees on Tuesday. The March sun is hard at work melting all the snow. It won't be long and fire season will be here. I spent today in Duluth doing my annual physical fitness test and passed. So, I'm cleared for another year.

Not much else is going on here. Theresa returns to work on April 16th, so she excited about that. I'm going to be making myself available to go out of state on fires for some on the job traing as a Task Force Leader. Hopefully I won't get sent to Southern California, but I really need to get a training assingment.

Well that's about all for now. Hopefully everybody is enjoying the spring weather because not long from now we'll be complaing about the heat and then winter will be back before we know it......
